Besides releasing a new flagship for Six Corenya, AMD is also preparing a more affordable version of the X6 with Phenom II X6 1065T (2.90 GHz, non-BE, 3:40 GHz Turbo), Phenom II X6 1045T (2:50 GHz, non-BE, 3:20 GHz Turbo) . As for the version of the Quad-Core, AMD is also preparing a version higher than the Phenom X4 II 970 BE newly launched, the Phenom X4 II BE 975 with a clock of 3.6 GHz and the unlocked multiplier like other BE family, and still use the core Deneb.
but I think 6 MB L3 cache is still losing the same intel I5 who already have a cache of 8 MB, but it seems AMD does not provide features such as Hyper Thread intel i series. For Price and Performance AMD wins, but the affairs of Performance and electricity AMD still less than the intel. If want to beat intel i-series AMD should be able to lower the watt TDP of the processor that is still less than the intel.
Utilization and efficiency of this power should be taken into consideration the AMD, especially now that it was the PSU manufacturers are aggressively target pairs of 80 + efficiency in its product.
Turbo features offered by AMD seems to be the nail on the step. It should have a modern processor is designed to run faster when it is needed eg when running heavy applications or when playing games. Instead the processor should be designed as smart as possible to reduce its performance when it is not too needed to work hard in order to further save energy consumption.
